This was a replacement carafe for our coffee maker. Only had to stop 2 mornings on the way to work to buy a cup of coffee.

I bought this for my Ninja, just to have a second pot while one rotates through the dishwasher, and it works perfectly as intended. It’s been a few weeks now, and I haven’t had any issues. I’m surprised by all of the bad reviews. But I will update my review if I end up having the issues others seem to be having.

This replacement carafe is not compatible with the NINJA CE200 as advertised. It is shorter than the original. The receptacle on the lid of the carafe is not high enough to effectively engage with the release valve of the coffee maker from the filter basket resulting in an overflow around the top of the filter and coffee left standing in the filter basket. Also the sealant used to adhere the composite top of the carafe had run unevenly around the seal. I don’t recommend this product as a replacement for the NINJA CE200.

While this product is the correct size coffee pot, I have only used it for 2 weeks and it’s already leaking when I pour it. This product is poorly made**Update...the seller contacted me and sent me a new carafe at no charge after seeing my post. Very good customer service. Hopefully this carafe holds up better than the last one.

This is a perfectly adequate replacement for my previous Ninja carafe, which broke after a relatively minor tap against a granite countertop. There may be a structural weakness in the glass under the metal band near the bottom of this kind of carafe. I wonder how frequently this carafe design has had to be replaced due to a similar minor blow. A redesign might be in order.
