I bought this for my granddaughter‘s birthday for her to wear for her birthday party. It fit perfectly. It fit very well. It’s very well made. The only complaint that I have is some of the glitter did come off, but besides that it was perfect and every way it was not skimpy it was full, I loved it. I recommend this.

This was adorable on my 4 yr. old Granddaughter (37 lbs./40" tall) - I bought for her as a surprise on our Disneyworld trip, and she got many compliments in the park for her "sparkly princess skirt". Well made for a great price. (and sparkles did not shed a lot either, much to her grandfather and father's delight as they don't appreciate trying to brush sparkles off themselves :)
