Would have give it 5 stars if one of the bolt holes would have been threaded. It fit I just had to thread one of the mount holes it was not threaded from the factory. Had everything tore apart so I had to fix it .

I read reviews on several of these and this may be why some say holes don't line up. My holes didn't line up at first either... (the key is adjusting the jack)...1) Place a board to oil pan & jack up engine just til it starts to move. This supports engine while removing the bad mount. Remove the aluminum top of the old mount 1st, then the steel base.2) On the new mount, do remove the aluminum top & install the steel base 1st leaving the 2 bolts started but loose.3) Reinstall the aluminum top, take your time here, adjust jack up/down until the center bolt hole & pin hole line up to the base, you can push on the top of the engine, front, back & side to side a little, look & feel the pin hole is aligned and that surface is down, install that bolt, put it all the way down but loose to keep pin place.4) Next install bolt to engine but leave loose, again adjust the jack to cause the hole alignment to pivot into place.5) Tighten......a) The bolt to left fender that was loosened when you removed the bad mount...b) Then the steel base bolts way down there, I used a 3/8 drive with U-joint & about 18" of extensions, worked well....c) Then the 2 bolts to the fender bracket....d) Then the engine bolt & nut, go from one to the other back & forth while adjusting the jack until the aluminum top is against the engine mounting surface & tighten, remove the jack & check all bolts to ensure they are tight. reinstall bracket from mount to firewall, ground strap & any other things that were loosened or removed to install the mount..If this is difficult to follow, The point here is the aluminum top will pivot on the engine stud as you raise or lower the jack, I could get all holes to line up by adjusting the jack, I could never get them to align without adjusting the jack. I could never get them all to align at once, had to take them one at a time & be patientHope this helpsIf holes are truly manufactured wrong, I would have returned the item & reordered it until I got a good one.

autoparts store wanted 150 for one of these and I got it for 35 bucks to my door the next day. Everything fit and lined up as it should.

The original Honda part failed after 200K miles. The civic started making a horrible vibration noise. The replacement part bolt pattern matched up exactly and after installation, vibration noise is gone. Happy with this replacement so far. I'll update if I have any issues down the road.
