I was searching for a good quality encasement with zipper for my 14” dreamcloud mattress and most of them are pretty expensive. It fits perfectly. I got 1 to see if it is of good quality or not. And it does! It doesnt squeak/ make plastic-y sound when you sleep on it and feels sturdy. After that on prime day i got another one for my other queen mattress (same 14” thickness) and the price is reasonable. Pretty happy with the purchase.

So first off, the instructions say ot takes 2 people to put it on, it definitely did not... it was so easy. I love that it's not noisy and that it also doesn't make me too hot. I have had others that just made it too warm to sleep comfortably. Having a mattress protector saves your mattress!! A good mattress should last around 10 years, but are often twice as heavy by the end of their "life" because of dust etc... Having a good mattress cover helps keep it clean, smelling fresh and less likely to harbor bacteria and things that cause odors because it's easier to keep the cover clean than a bare mattress!! I haven't spilled anything on this... so I can't confirm how waterproof it it... but I do love it!
