These appear very well made. Spring tension is nicely adjustable. Comes with stainless steel screws -Other reviewers complained about this but it's actually the best choice due to the corrosion resistance they provide. Preferable to using coated screws on solid brass fitting.

We had this latch before, but it finally broke after 8 years. Ordered these, after struggling with a different latch. Only one problem (for us) is they changed the dimensions of the parts and the old holes wouldn't work, but made new holes for the screws and everything is great again.

I'm using these devices to keep the doors closed on a cabinet in my Airstream. Easy to install and they are working.

I bought this for a cabinet door that wouldn't stay fully closed. It was easy to install and works great! I like the fact that it pulls the door in flush with the cabinet frame. This is a cabinet door for the indoor portion of the AC unit, so the door has to be flush with the frame to prevent air leaking around the door. Now I have no more air leaks around the door. It's also strong enough that my 2 year old grand daughter can't pull the door open.
