The specs mentioned in Amazon is that the blade part of the knife is 8 inch. And the handle is of extra. But the knife delivered has the blade part less that 6 inch almost 5 inch. I have returned the knife for a refund. I am not willing to order it again, with a hope that, it was a mistake on the part of the person who packed it for delivery. I don’t want to go with the hassle of returning it again as we are a working couple and being present at home for the whole day is difficult. If it was a mistake please reply in this review. I’ll order it again. The photo was taken before the amazon person took it for return.

one of the best kitchen knives I've ever purchased. ergonomic, beautiful style and functional. Also, it is made out of stainless "Damascus" steel. So, a wonderful product all around and I am very handy around a kitchen, so, I know what a good value product is, when I use one.

Amazing knife! Stays completely sharp until I had to use it for a few salmon. it does warn you not to use on bones! I took a stone to it real quick instantly sharp again, no problems with this knife, except things do stick to it a little more than I would think, only because it pointed out the grooves for anti sticking. It's fairly heavy compared to high carbon steel I'm use to, which only makes me more cautious when using it, making me like it more. I went 33 years without ever getting stitches (ruined it last year, I'm 34 years old.) Having a knife like this means I should be able to go 50 more! Good tools make good things. This is a good tool!

Es un excelente cuchillo, tiene un peso adecuado y viene bien balanceado. Retiene muy bien el filo y es muy bonito.
