This can be put right over your existing blanket or any bed cover. It looks beautiful and expensive. It bought a queen and use it for my RV bedroom. It is light weight so I can store it easily.

I purchased this duvet for my mom as a gift. The duvet was very soft. I was expecting the quality to be lacking since I purchased it for a cheap price but the quality was very good. The duvet kept its color after washing so my mom was very pleased about that. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Aesthetically, this cover is lovely. If you just want this for making your bed with, the outward appearance of satin will be fine. However, if you, like me, wanted to sleep with a duvet cover that felt like satin on the sleeping side, you will be sorely disappointed.At time of purchase, and of this posting, the product name is "Duvet Cover Set Satin Silk Blanket All Season Bed Duvet Cover Queen Set Royal Black Bedspread Luxury Jacquard Quilt Bedding Sets Matching 2 Pillow Shams (Queen, 3 Pieces)" and the product details describe the material as microfiber. I have had other printed microfiber duvet covers that felt like satin. The outside panel of this duvet cover does. The inside panel of this duvet cover feels like cotton's disgusting little brother- very obviously cheap microfiber, and you can get better quality microfiber for a lower price from your local walmart or target. I hadn't finished making my bed when I started writing this review, but the photos provided should give you a decent idea of what you're working with.
