After not stretching my ears in probably 5 years I decided to go up one size. I thought this kit would be perfect. I double checked the size I needed, but when I tried to put them in they went right in, so they were definitely smaller than I needed. Would recommend if you order up a size. It seems others have had the same issue.

I don’t know how to use the spirals so I won’t comment on those but the plugs and tunnels fit great, no problems
