I love this product. I work in a very fast paced environment, and I kept pouring coffee and not getting to it and it would get cold and I'd have to heat it up, then forget about it and heat it again, bla bla bla. It was awful. I bought this and omg I've been able to drink every cup of coffee I've poured!It is STUPID CUTE!!! And very well made, durable, and works like a charm. I have it next to my keyboard and I plug it in in the morning, and I get nice hot coffee all throughout the day. I LOVE IT!

This product arrived in top-class packaging. That alone would impress a gift recipient. And it is exactly as pictured, even cuter up close. I was concerned the kitty head would hamper a mug's being seated, but there is plenty of room with both the enclosed mug and my own. Although it does not shut off the indicator light while it remains plugged in and it does not offer the highest temperature I prefer, it is definitely a good, unique buy. I had to message the seller, who responded that the mug is microwaveable. And I do not personally like the mug graphics, but the back of it is just pretty, plain pink.

I like that I bought this for a great price because now the price jumped 3 times more. Outrageous! I was thinking of buying more but not anymore
