This is an authentic Jura product that does what it is supposed to do.It really comes down to whether you can find the exact product at a better price somewhere else.This was slightly cheaper than what I could find locally (please, no judgements on not paying a bit more to shop locally, but I was in a hurry and didn't want to venture out :) ).

it was not clear on whether it would work, model number said yes, but what they meant was new version of same model number.

Plain and simple, that's the truth. I followed the instructions precisely and activated a 2.4 Ghz network, and it would not connect. Over and over. Waited on the phone for customer service to be told that the problem should be resolved when a soon to be released Update goes live. In other words, reread the title for this review.

Excelente accesorio para sacarle el máximo provecho a las cafeteras Jura. Yo lo ocupo con una E8 (NAA) y funciona perfectamente; utilizando la aplicación J.O.E. puedes realizar ajustes de la máquina y configurar las especialidades de café, incluso agregar nuevas en caso necesario. Recomendado al 100% si tienes una máquina Jura compatible

This installed and connected easily and has maintained the connection so far - about 30 days. It’s functional and gives flexibility to take drink orders and queue them in the machine.Cons: You really can’t use it away from the machine for the first drink since the machine rinses itself each morning. Using it would dilute the first cup.
