I ordered four mini journals with real leather covers, which cost me just under $30 with tax--making each mini journal about $7.50. I might not pay that for one, were I seeing identical journals in a store for sale individually, but I am very satisfied with what I got.I purchased them for use with my BJDs, and I think they will work well with both scales that I collect (65-74 cm and 45-52 cm SartoriaJ and Iplehouse-legitimate only-dolls.) The thickness of the leather cover makes them perhaps slightly more suited to the larger dolls, however--but they will be a great size to carry in a traveling satchel.I did purchase fresh elastic cord to redo all four of them, however. The round attachment for the "keychain" clasp was just an annoyance and totally out of scale for use with dolls, but there isn't enough elastic to remove it and retie--so I just bought fresh brown elastic cord and redid them without the plastic bit. Each journal contains this little loop of very thin cord with the hook on it, and you have to thread this into the plastic attachment yourself if desired.If I buy any more, I may also try restringing using a thin ribbon and making them tie closed. As they are sold, you have an extra loop of elastic cord protruding from the center spine of the journal, and this you lift and stretch to wrap around the journal to keep it closed.Five stars for what I received. I like them, and might consider buying again.

Ja es ist sehr sehr klein, aber das ist ja auch in der Beschreibung angegeben :) hier hat man sich wirklich Mühe gegeben mit dem anfertigen des Buches. Ich finds toll und vom Preis her passt es auch!

I guess I didn't read the description well enough when I placed this order. This is tiny. And I mean tiny. I thought it was a pocket size but it ends up being you can close it in the palm of your hand. This is just my fault I didn't even realize they came this small. It is great besides the size of it. My son couldn't use it for what he wanted it for.
