It got stucked on the screen and was never able to work. Unable to change to grams, this shouldn’t be that hard!! I got a different brand and so far never had problems with it since first use.

I use it mostly for coffee, which it is perfect for (even has a timer inter=grated into it for espresso geeks). But I find I use it now for lots of kitchen chores because it has a decent capacity - supposedly it can measure of to 3kg. It has already take a couple of drops and hard knocks and is still working fine.It blows me away that I can get a balance of this quality for $20. When I was an educator, we would have paid hundreds of dollars for a balance that can do what this one does.Like it so much I bought a second one for a family member!

I generally like this scale. The main issue is that the buttons are too easy to accidentally pressed, even when you're holding the sides of the scale and not touching the buttons themselves at all (no cutout type buttons). I've had so many times where functions will change due to an accidental button press or my weighed/timed data will clear. This happens in many occasions, such as moving the scale off the drip tray or when dosing grinds.Otherwise, I really like the size for espresso machines and the silicone cover which is easy to clean (just rinse off and air dry). I also like the auto tare mode and the timer, though those are pretty standard. I just wish the buttons were not as sensitive to touch, even from pressure from other areas e.g. sides of the scale.

The position of the time button offset a little to the left. It does not respond if i press the center of the button.

Works exactly as described and is a great value. My kitchen scale was not sensitive enough and was to large with a cup on top to fit under my portafilter.
