I would have preferred the holster to be from another material than plastic, but the knife and saw are good quality and well made.

This is great for dealing with the kind of wood you get doing weekend camping and the fit and finish is wonderful. I have batoned quite a bit of wood and even made a feather stick. Plus you get the saw and all together it weighs the same as my old Collins hatchet. The only downside is that is rather expensive when compared to a cheap Coghlans or Coleman camp axe so someone walking off with it is a fear.

I needed new tools to work with the fresh bamboo I procured, and these were perfect. The hand saw is perfect for bamboo and small sticks/logs, which is what I work with. The bamboo splitter was great for making more material to work with than just the cut pieces. I was able to curl the skin, make thin pieces for basket work, and still have a solid piece of bamboo wood for my fairy furnishings business. Top quality tools, worth the investment.

Seems quality not much chance to se it as of late. the Sheaf feels big and a little clunky.
