Have to tweak connections several times to get it to work. It even has this suggestion in the troubleshooting section. Not something I want to do when standing in shower trying not yo expose myself when I have to unzip to tweak connections.

This reminds me very much of an RV shower system, made portable. All you need is a propane tank, big or small, and a water source, which can be as simple as a five gallon bucket. I’ve ordered other products from Kemimoto before, and we’ve been pleased with all of them. This may be the most impressive yet, mostly because it’s the most complicated/sophisticated. Our other things were tractor mirrors and heated gloves and similar. Anyway— this is an impressive system that can be trusted to not freeze or scald you, and in our rural area with frequent power outages, sometimes extended, we’re thrilled to have it on hand. It doesn’t have as much pressure as the showers in our home, but we didn’t expect it to. If you’ve ever been in a situation where there was no warm water available for bathing, you recognize the emergency luxury that this provides. I’m grateful to have this on hand for the next time we need it.

My unit had hard water stains streaked down the exterior of the case. It had obviously had water run through it before. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, though, and assume that it was just for testing before it left the factory. The compact size of this water heater is very convenient. The controls are very intuitive and it all packs down into its original box really well. I plan on storing it in its original shipping box when not in use.I have two minor complaints:- The heater doesn't come with a garden hose adapter. It can only be used with the included electric pump, which you'll need to dunk in a river or a bucket of water.- The heater also doesn't come with a standard propane tank fitting. You'll have to either use it with a small screw-on canister or get an adapter to use it with a standard grill-type propane tank.

We love the outdoors, and going on long road trips. I got this portable water heater for my kids and i to be able to have hot water wherever we went.It provides a constant temperature, via the propane burner supplying the water heater with pump. It delivers maximum 100 Mins, and is hot within 3s up to 20,000 BTU.It's powered by a 4000mAh Rechargeable Battery, lasting ap to 8hrs. It's extemely drable, and the quality crafting makes it ideal for any outdoor event, camping, hunting, or cleaning. It's easy to set up with only two hoses. I didn't experience any leaking yet, however you may need to replace seals, or hoses as necessary to prevent it. We really like how easy it is to use, and store, definitely a great value for your money.
