I received these anchors for my gymnastics rings, and was really excited to mount them. I carefully measured the spacing, and made sure they were even. I am not the best with tools, but I measured twice and drilled the pilot holes once, as the saying goes.The hooks themselves are rock solid. They come with four wood screws and four anchors for cement mounting. I drove three of the wood screws in with no problem. As I was turning the fourth one, however, the screw snapped in half. Please see the picture attached. Luckily I had another wood screw of the same size and I drove that one in.I think the broken screw might have been my fault, though. I was driving them through two 2x6 joists. When I looked on the other side, however, I noticed a knot in the wood where the screw was trying to drive through. I think I put too much torque on the screw with my ratchet and it was not possible for the screw to make it through the knot. When I used my own screw the second time, I found that I was running into the same problem and the second screw might have snapped, too. So I left that screw a little high by about a half inch so as to not break another screw. I tested out my rings and the anchors hold my body weight with no problem, even with the high screw. I suppose if I think it's an issue or if the anchor lets loose, I can always move it over an inch or so.Overall, these are great, and I really think the screw issue was through my fault.

It's larger than I expected. Was shipped in a plastic bag. The box inside was battered, the pieces were loose in the bag, and I only received one anchor. Looks like it would be sturdy, but without the second anchor it's no good to me so I haven't installed it.

This TRX holder is very solid, once I found the studs easy to install. As two came, I was able to do an indoor and an outdoor location. I recomend.
