I received the product and took sometime to use it. On the first trial itself the adapter burnt out. I’m a there any possibility for replacement. Tried few more adapters but all are getting burnt down. The mechanic says the machine is faulty. We request you to kindly exchange the oroduct

** Update**** The seller reached out to me and sent me a brand new steamer. I will have to see this is above and beyond!!! I am so excited to be steaming again. I hope this one lasts - but I am optimistic.I used it the first week I got it and loved it. Produced lots of steam and worked great. I used it again a few weeks after that, and was still happy. When I took it out to clean today it won't steam. You can hear the motor or something but nothing comes out. It also smells like something is burning. I was so excited for this steamer and all the positive reviews. I am bummed it only lasted a few uses.
