This is a very nice faucet but it has poor product support. The rod that ties the drain stopper to the lever is only 6 inches long. If your faucet is installed on the counter behind the sink, the rod will not reach. Kingston sells a longer rod of 9.5 inches for $20 US plus shipping and will not comp this. This was never an issue with the previous faucet that came with an 11-inch rod. I never would have made this purchase had I known.

Used for custom water bottles, work GREAT. Don’t go off brand, use Avery and their design software or struggle

Avery print templates were easy to use and very handy, but the adhesion was pretty poor. Great for a quick event but not a good all-day nametag.

You get what you pay for! I love Kingston Brass products. I ordered the sink faucet, toilet handle, glass shelf, towel racks, shower faucet kit and toilet paper holder. They sell quality products and the best part is that everything is the same color and matches perfectly in the bathroom. To bad they don't sell lighting, LOL. It took awhile, but I finally found a polished brass light to match everything.

It would help if the backing paper was also perferated. Used the labels for pre-printed name tags for an event.

Its pretty, but the plumber spent several hours and is working on a handle leak i think. He left and i called him back, but its a holiday so am stuck waiting several days for leak to be fixed. I am unclear why a new faucet should take so long to install. But i am sure it will be okay once he is finished ... He is an experienced plumber and for him it takes time so best off letting a pro install. Its a good value but those plumbing fees sure add up.

We purchased this faucet/taps about 7 months ago, and we had a plumber install them for us about six months ago, having picked it up to replace our old ones. We had a problem with the hot water dripping, and these fixtures looked about the same as our old ones, so it seemed like the right choice.There must be some limiter in it, because there is barely enough water coming out. I filled a glass of water, and it was heavily aerated, meaning turbulence. It takes at least a full minute for the hot water to start coming through, something that was only seconds with our old fixture. Not only that, but the hot water tap broke about a week after using it, and now has a 270 degree range of motion. Now it has to be pulled forward a bit, because if it's in line where it was supposed to be, it starts dripping.So not only has our original problem come back, but now we have no pressure and a broken tap. Save your money, this thing is junk.

This was a warehouse version so it must have been returned but the box looked factory fresh and all the parts were in bag as if factory packed.Its a beautiful set and was easy to install, but beware the instructions are not the greatest and appear to be for a generic faucet and you will miss installing some parts if you follow them. For example, there is a decorative ring that needs to be installed at the base of the spout but there is no mention of it in the instructions. Once its all together you wonder what all the extra parts are for and realize you have to disassemble to install the part not mentioned in the instructions.Also interesting is that the instruction say you should wax the set to maintain the luster.
