These economical gaskets for the bottom of a LS do the job, and have not leaked any oil after the first couple of months. I remain cautiously optimistic that they will keep a good seal for the long haul. Thus far they are a worthy purchase.

The Angry Mechanic sez,They are decent GM LS gaskets, everything fits and I don't have any major complaints.Good gaskets for the price. I would use them again.(***UPDATE*** I have also used the Penstar 3.6L camshaft kit that is also listed with this Ad and want to warn that you definetly need to CLEAN the parts before installation. The exhaust camshaft had a LOT of metal shavings just barely hanging in the sprocket threaded hole. They were created when the cam was cross-drilled into the sprocket bolt hole.I have no doubt that if I had not checked and simply installed the cam, the shavings would have caused the sprocket bolt threads to gall preventing an acurate torque. Even worse, I am positive they would have been swept, by oil pressure, into the Variable Timing Sprockets destroying it.Shame on the manufacturer for not cleaning the parts up while they are still on the assembly line!I hope my Review and Pictures were HELPFUL to You.
