These are nice, strong pins. They're pretty close to the 1/4" dia, as my measurements are between +0.006 and -0,002. The finish is nice and they're smooth for the entire length. The clips also fit nice and snug. 5 stars

I carry these pins in the toolbox on my Kubota tractor to attach various equipment pieces to the three-point hitch. At less than $7 for a set of eight pins, these are a great value compared to what you would pay at my local feed and farm store.

We were building a custom hoverboard kart, and needed something to hold the pivot bar in place, and this was the easiest, simplistic approach. They're the perfect length on our 1.5" steel tube, and provide solid connections between pipes.So far they've held up to our abuse, and given the light duty load we have them on, they should work great for heavy duty applications.
