Very good find, I've had these tools for quite some time now and they have been great for wood crafts, when I first got them they weren't as sharp, so I took the time to sharpen them and they worked completely fine after. So far, they have lasted a good amount of time for how much wood I've chipped away with them, and let me tell you that this purchase was very worth it, pretty easy to use as well, though you do have to buy softer wood for this, other than that it is an amazing product!

I was surprised to see this product arrived next day. It is highest quality with the sharpest carving tool set, safety gloves, strop and paste in classic highest quality leather tool roll. A great set to work in house or camping trip. Could easily have paid the total price for just one of the knife in the set. The leather tool roll would easily cost the total price of the set.

I have been a hobby woodturner for some 14 - 15 years. I have "dabbled" a little with woodcarving but nothing too serious and had bought a couple of Swedish Mora knifes which are superb but come at a price.Recently, I decided to get further into carving and whittling and was looking around for an affordable set of knifes that I could use to see if I could carve without paying out for a recognised brand top quality set of tools.The TEKCHIC knifes came ground and honed and cut surprisingly well straight out the box. In addition, they have comfortable ergonomic handles (I believe Ash) and come in a very nice tool roll of good quality complete with a pair of Level 5 cut resistant gloves and a strop.I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for so never expected these knives to be of the quality that the big name brands offer. Nevertheless, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they looked good, felt good and most importantly, cut very well even in dense hardwoods.I would suggest that these would be ideal for the beginner or occasional hobby carvers / whittlers.It's probably fair to say that professionals and serious hobby carvers will pay the extra money for top name branded tools.These tools are great value for money and will provide a very usable set of knifes for the beginner or carver of limited experience without having to spend several hundred pounds for a similar set by a leading brand.
