I have a heater in a motorhome that stopped working, and I saw that this was a few not the kind of fuse. I’m used to normally seeing so I went online and ordered them. I probably didn’t read how many you get but you get a few of them which is good. I made my own connections and my heater is working perfectly.

I don't think I would trust these to be the only over current protection devices on my circuits but I have them in for some redundancy in case my main breakers fail. Better than nothing.

If you need fast acting circuit protection, look elsewhere. The description doesn't give any time curves, but it won't instantly trip when directly shorted across a power supply. But this does make it preferable for devices that have large inrush currents that last less than a second and would be prone to causing nuisance tripping with a faster acting device

I got the 5A variety. I'm using them with a 12V LifePO4 pack with a typical 3-5 amp load. This kit comes with everything for a nice panel mount install. You get a washer to fix the breaker, a clear rubber cap for weatherproofing, and two crimp spade terminals. The design is a bimetallic strip that breaks the connect, then the spring loaded plunger blocks it until it is manually reset. Because of the way it is design the blocking flag can also lift the contact if you rotate the plunger, but that's probably not the best idea.In use I wasn't able to get these to trip just above 5A, and even at 7A. They easily tripped at 10A though. Around 7.8A I did have one trip, but even then it ran for about 10 minutes.I like this for my LifePO4 batteries as they tend to drop only a couple volts, but their current then spikes to keep up with my load, so this will cut off them off before they get to full discharge as well as provide protection.

I am using these to replace a fuse on an electric motor. This product seems to be built well. They work great, installed without issue and fully functional. I would recommend!
