The product had opened a little and leaked into the bag. There was the option to exchange it but it didn't seem worth the effort for the cost. I used it and it was a perfect match for husband's medium brown dress shoes. Covered up the scrapes and color damage perfectly and completely.

The polish worked just as I hoped. Some of the reviews made me doubt whether I’d be happy with the results. But see for yourself in the before and after photos. I am pleased with the results.
