I ordered this pillow as I am a side sleeper, and I was intrigued that this could also be used for side sleepers. When I got it, I tried for multiple nights to use it, but found myself going back to my other regular pillow so that I can actually get some sleep. Sadly, at least for me, this is not at all made for side sleepers. It doesn’t hold the head well and it feels weird how it does. Because it has these holes and almost feels like my head is not supported, or that my face and my mouth is going to somehow be pushed into it, so that breathing is going to be an issue. I tried every angle with this pillow as a side sleeper, including flipping it over and trying to use the back. Again for a side sleeper it just did not work for me.With that being said, when my back really acts up, the only way I can really get some rest is to sleep on my back. And with that I have to always remove my pillow completely and just have my head flat on the mattress so that it is supported properly and in alignment with my back. This pillow, however, is PERFECT for a back sleeper. It really held my head where it felt supported, but there was not pressure anywhere. It was perfect where I was perfectly staring up at the ceiling. So this pillow will be very handy when my back does act up and I need to sleep on my back as again it is perfect for back sleepers.

I’ve had a really hard time finding a pillow that’s comfortable for me. I have chronic neck pain and headaches, so I need good neck support. My ears also get quite sore, when I lay on my sides very long. In trying to find the right pillow, I now have quite the collection.This KKN Ergonomic Neck Pillow is the most comfortable that I’ve tried so far. I like that there are so many ways you can use it, depending on how you sleep, and how much support you need. I sleep on my sides and back, and it’s comfortable for both.When I feel like I need more neck support, I put the side with the two higher bumps under my neck, and when I want it a little bit lower, I use the wider side with lower bumps under my neck. It’s more comfortable for me to sleep on the sides of the pillow, rather than the middle. The best part is, the indentations are in the perfect spot, to relieve pressure on my ears.This pillow arrived tightly rolled in plastic. After I layer it flat, it took a few hours to plump up. Im very sensitive to smells, and it did have a slight smell, but after letting it air out for three days, it was pretty much gone, and with my pillow case on, I don’t smell it at all.Two of the snaps in the ear dents came apart during shipping, but they were easy to snap back together. They unsnap so the cover can be removed, and washed. A standard pillowcase fits, with enough give to push it down into the ear indentations.Overall, I’m really impressed with this pillow, and how versatile it is. I highly recommend it, especially if you’re also having a hard time finding one that’s comfortable.

I've had a history of neck injuries, and finding a pillow that doesn't aggravate my condition has been a challenge. But this Cervical Neck Pillow has been a game changer. It provides the right amount of elevation and support for my neck, helping to reduce the pressure on my spine. The pillow is very comfortable to lie on, and I can sleep in different positions without any discomfort. It has also improved my recovery time from my neck injuries. I feel more rested and rejuvenated in the morning. The quality of the stitching and the overall construction of the pillow is excellent. It's clear that a lot of thought went into making this product. I highly recommend it to anyone with neck issues.

Realmente sí da comodidad para descanso de la región cervical, quizá lo único a mejorar, es que el tamaño lo esperaba mayor.

I have been having such a hard time sleeping lately with different traditional style pillows. I decided that I needed to try something COMPLETELY different and my search landed me on this pillow. What I didn't like about traditional pillows was that firm was too firm and soft was too flat. I didn't like how regular pillows felt suffocating when I would sleep on my side.What I love about the Neck Cervical Pillow it is that it is surprisingly very comfortable. My head and neck both feel very supported while I am sleeping as if they are being cradled. I can sleep on my back and on my side with it, but not on my stomach. I still am very fidgety and find that I sometimes need to flip the pillow over which feels really comfortable, too. I do still think I need something just like this design but maybe even a little thicker? I'm not sure. But at least I can say that I couldn't go back to a regular pillow after using this one. I really do like it.
