The reason I bought this air filter is because I wanted to improve the gas mileage on my 2015 Cadillac SRX. The EPA ratings of 17/24 City/Hgwy MPG were a little discerning when I bought the car used in Oct 2019. Of course, a lot depends on your driving habits. I drove the vehicle to Florida from Canada, closely watching the MPG along the trip. I ordered the filter and installed it Mid November 2019. The improvement in MPG was immediate! All things being even, a saw a 5-8 MPG improvement. It also seemed that the SRX had a bit more pickup on the open road as well. I will report again when I drive back to Canada in April 2020. I would recommend this filter if you want to improve your MPG.

I had problem starting my cadillac SRX 2014. The cruise control was not working and the engine light was on. I thought it was because of the battery. I replaced the battery, which should have been replaced notwithstanding the engine problem. But still was not able to start the engine. I purchased a code reader and found that the problem was cause by the engine mass airflow. So I purchased the engine air filter and air sensor as well as the cabin air filter. After I replaced these parts, all the problems were gone! I saved at least $1,000! The engine air filter worked great, and I don't find any problem with it so far.
