We had a faucet stem get difficult to turn, but I kept using it until suddenly I felt some movement and then it just spun freely. I figured out how to disassemble the stem using YouTube, and found I had snapped this part. This replacement fit perfectly, and I replaced the insert and used plumber's grease so it turns easily with almost no effort.

Worked perfectly. Had to replace after the faucet handle was able to turn 360 degrees without engaging the cartridge. The plastic square nub on top sheared off after 12 yrs of service. Purchased a few extra for the other faucet.

This extension fit my forte faucet and is an exact replacement. I hadn't used the cold water side for some time, it was frozen tight I lost patience and cranked the lever breaking this faucet handle extension. The part was hard to find dimensions are not quite an exact match.

Nice simple part and it fit exactly like the original and allowed me to complete the fix of my faucett
