You can get great digital sounds out this if you create your own sound design. But it has a steep learning curve. RTM and check online videos like on YouTube.

Anschalten Loslegen vorher natürlich mit PA oder Kopfhöhrer verbinden.Das kann jeder spielen der Takktgefühl hat.vom Einsteiger bis zum Profi geeignet.da bin ich mir sicher.mögliche und unmögliche Sounds inneinander zu verschmeltzen .

I've had both of the WaveStation/EX keys, and also the A/D. This beats all of them hands down. The capabilities are just amazing. Compared to the older siblings, the WaveState is much easier to program. So there is a bit of menu diving, but considering the sheer amount of options there are, it would be impossible to fit a knob-per-function interface. I actually think that the interface as it is, is pretty intuitive. Of course I have history with the elementary nature of wave sequencing so perhaps that helps, I don't know. I do love it though. There was a video on the KORG web site that was named tips and tricks, or something like that. That really got me going when I received the hardware. Very useful video. Oh, I also got myself a decksaver protective cover for it. Very nice.

I was looking for a small controller keyboard to audition sounds on my laptop and when I couldn't decide. And the prices just weren't right and I thought... just spend some more and get something different. So.. this is different and will give me the ambient background sounds and moods I need... plus a portable controller too! Highly recommended!!

A could spend hours if not days just fiddling around on the Wavestate! So cool. Fab presets too. As a digital synth it does well in analog situations with a few tweaks and I use the Arturia Chorous Dimension d Audio FX plugin to widen out sound and create more wet noise. The keyboard is brilliant and overall build quality excellent
