I bought this as a backup kit to hand to people who have heavy old school stove/cook kits when they backpack with me.Pros: VALUE! The stove alone normally retails at $50+. Kovea makes solid, durable stoves. Efficient- 8g of fuel to boil 2 cups of water in 50* weather. The cookware seems solid enough.Cons: bulkier and bigger volume than a single hiker would typically need. Pan is too small to fry fish (useful for other stuff though). Stove isn't as light as a BRS, and pot isn't as light as a Ti pot for weight weenies

The pot is very usefull and the stove is super light but still haves a good output
