Been using KRK 5" Rokits for years now and wanted to step up to the 8s because of the extended range and, to be honest, they're louder and more cool. Love the digital graphic EQ on the back, KRK speakers are well built and have a great balance. I know lots of people online complain and say they're bass heavy or whatever, but I think that's just tone geeks being pretentious. These are probably your best bang for your buck option and if you upgrade to include the subwoofer, it sounds incredible. Makes recording and mixing so much more enjoyable when you have good quality, beefy monitors. I produce heavy music and the range and durability of these help immensely.

tienen muy buen sonido y buena potencia, excelentes para un Home Studio... lo único malo es que venía golpeada una de las cajas (compré el par), por suerte el golpe no llegó al monitor, aún así doy las 5 estrellas

Mis segundos KRK, no tienen falla en su gran calidad, ofrecen un sonido plano, sin dejar de pensar en su sector, el Home Studio. La relación calidad precio los pone muy por encima de sus competidores directos. Solo puedo decir cosas buenas de ellos. No decepcionan en absoluto.

You may find a speaker that sounds a little better but, I challenge you to find one that competes at this price level. I'm using the Rockit in conjunction with a Line 6 Amp Head Unit (POD HD500X) and it's working great for practice/home studio. I'd buy the same again in a heartbeat.

I was on the fence about these because I've heard the bass was heavy which is good for some types of music but not great for others. All I can say is the BASS is tight kind of like the old school JBL monitors. High and Mids are crisp and on point. Very nice sound with built in eq. Very happy with the KRK 8s and its plenty loud. Would definitely recommend it. Build quality is very good They are big so make sure you have enough room in your sound room. The only thing I would recommend is getting a better knob for volume or at least integrate it into the app so you don't have keep jumping behind to fiddle with it. Time to rock the neighbors.

Son unas excelentes bocinas, tanto en un escritorio, escuchando de cerca, como para una habitacion pequeña o mediana escuchando de lejos. Incluso sin equalizacion producen un sonido neutral y con mucho detalle. Pueden reproducir a altos volumenes aprox 90-94dB SPL antes que se empiecen a distorcionar. La entrada diferenciales de audio evita muchos problemas de tierra, sobre todo con otros equipos de audio. El único punto negativo es que el equalizador integrado es bastante inutil, se pueden escojer 25 perfiles predeterminados, pero no se pueden modificar los parametros de los filtros como tal. Para corregir una resonancia de una habitacion por ejemplo, se necesita un equalizador externo. Aún asi son una excelente opcion, sobre todo considerando el precio y que son amplificadas.

Very nice deliver to me even still have a small squeeze. It have very clear hi frequency and heavy low frequency. Mid sound is nice too. For its price it is a amazing option.
