I wear a 42D bra, I'm 65 years old and I need some support & a lift. I like the Wacoal bras that are seamless but the material is thin. I found this insert that had a light padding but it's enough to cover the high beams. The extra padding on the bottom helps lift and shape nicely. The pads are very comfortable & they stay in place. My bathing suit has a slit so I can slide them into place. They wash well too in cold water and I hang them to dry. I would like to ask the company to make some even larger insert to totally cover from side to side for big chested women. These really are the best designed inserts I've tried but they could be made even wider like a 7" and 8" with a little more pushup padding to help lift even better. I would give these a 10 if they would fit completely across in my bra. I recommend this product.

I’ll probably reorder these if they don’t lose their shape after washing. Just received and trying them out now. So there’s comfort and good fit. No need to purchase more bras just for the inserts if these keep working.

Exactly as pictured, edges don’t show through shirt. Support at bottom edge is nice and not too thick. Perfect.
