Almost perfect. I’ll start with cons:These don’t come in a case, bag or easy to carry solution. Carrying them half a pitch from truck along with other gear is a real chore.Solution: I drilled holes near top 2” mark and put para chord through them and tied a loop. Put all loops on a caribeaner. Success it made five stars.Pros: light weight and sturdy. Good solid spikes. My girls can visualize them as players. I put cones on top to simulate heads as my girls are 11, near same height as poles.

I coach U12 rec league soccer and they are handy for drills and scrimmages. High quality. Make sure you get the bag with it. Makes it easier to transport.

Spent $100 dollars on training poles and they didn't come with a bag. How am I supposed to transport these to and from the field. They are great other then the bag and the fact they bend a little too easy. I have 4 bent poles and one straight pole after two months of use twice a week. Often times I wont bring them because they are annoying yo fit in my car with no bag knowing they will scratch or tear the leather. Maybe I'll get a truck so I can keep using these.

Welds on the bottom have not held up as expected.

You can't beat the price of these sticks. I searched around for cheaper ones because it seems so expensive to buy PVC and metal spikes, but the competition had plastic on the bottom and surely would not have held up. My rugby coach used them for the first time last night. With the added cross bars from the same company they were great for hurdles and when set higher, for bars to duck under. These sticks will no doubt last many seasons.
