I’ve been using this pan for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed with it. The nonstick surface works really well making it easy for me to cook and clean the pan. I'm glad that it’s free from harmful chemicals, which gives me peace of mind when cooking meals for my family. Its lightweight making it easy for me to move on the stove even when the pan is full. No more burned finger thanks to the stainless steel handle which stays cool to the touch and is sturdy as well.It being oven-safe up to 400°F is such a convenient feature. I love the fact that I can start a dish on the stovetop and finish it off in the oven without having to switch pans. It really streamlines the cooking process. The only drawback is that the lid handle can get quite warm and you might need a pot holder to lift it. Despite that, it’s a superb pan that performs well and feels built to last. Great option for cooking enthuciasts.

I like the ceramic non stick coating of this pan; no fluorocarbons. It feels solid with a tight fitting vented lid. The whole pot can be put in the oven because no plastic parts. It has a heat distributing base which makes the pot heat evenly and it has thick sidewalls. The size is just under 4 qts, at 3.7 qts. It is perfect for slow simmered sauces such as Bolognese, or for braised foods or soups that start w sautéing aromatics, etc.The only feature I did not like was the handle. It is uncomfortable w the pot empty, and more so when full. It might be too short, too thin and not round enough at the underside of the handle where the hand bears the most weight.Other than the handle issue, I like the ceramic non stick coating, pot construction and heat distribution. If they fix the handle, this will be a perfect saucepan.

We mainly use it to cook rice and so far so good. It is light and the right size for us (A family of 5). It is also very easy to clean. What makes this pan a must-buy is the lack of PFAS which can be very bad for your health (A large-scale study on exposure to PFAS in humans and rodents showed consistent evidence of liver damage. They also cause an increased risk of thyroid cancer).
