Well designed and sturdy. Easy to assemble. Instructions were inconsistent with the hardware provided. Instructions instructed on cast in concrete hardware, but included hardware for existing concrete installation. Since I was replacing a light mounted in concrete, it was the correct hardware for my install.

When the product arrived the box was broken but things appeared ok. I had a contractor scheduled to assemble and install it. When he was putting it together he showed me that one of the glass panes was broken. Also the bolt on one of the lamp arms did not fit the nut to be able to fully tighten it.I reached out to Amazon and they provided me with the vendor’s contact information. I sent them a message 2 weeks ago, and I’ve heard nothing. The lamp would be 5-star worthy without the issues (especially for the price.)

Maybe generous. My husband put it together yesterday after having to go to Home Depot first to buy a few nuts that were missing. He said that it wasn’t easy to put together. Looks nice and so far works great

Some of this is my fault. Order last March and due to health issues I started this nightmare project in December. Wish I took better note of the one star rating. For each of the 3 light fixture there are two threaded rods that need lock washer and bolt. They only send one lock washes and Bolt for each light fixture. Went to 5 different store to try to get extra bolts. They are 10mm x 10, which is not common. 3/8 by 24 doesn't work correctly, so do not try them. Need to find a hardware store that sells everything. But do not waste your time. It is impossible to get the lock washer and bolt on the lower 2nd threaded rod tightly. Took me 30 minutes to get all three, but could not get them tight enough because of the small area (only hand tight). Direction come on one page one sided that is made of tissue paper that rips every time you touch it. The direct say the threaded bolts they send that must go in the cement pad, can not extend more than 1.5 inches out of the cement. The base of the light post is 1.5" thick, so ignore the direction. Do your own measurements on everything, do not trust the directions.The caps to the 3 light fixture have 2 small thread screw that you need to screw in front to bottom. They are small and since the light is convex you can not get at them straight. So anticipate dropping the screen multiple times, and needing to do touchup painting after and anytime you need to change the bulbs. Installed tons of light post and always the screws are on top to easy to get at and not visible.I think the person that designed and engineered this light was a statist. I have went so far as adding the product vendor and distributor to my list of never purchasing product from.

Lobq no me gustó esq un pedido me salió incompleto le faltaron las tres tapas a las lámparas fueron 9 pedidos y solo una venía incompleta. Cada una trae tres lámparas y solo una le faltaron las tapas de las lámparas
