I have had one of these for over 10 years, probably going on 15 years now and it is so powerful and I love it! I bought another one a little bit ago so my husband and I can each have a fan blowing on us at night. I take it apart every once and awhile to clean out the dust and it isn’t too difficult to do so. I love this fan so much and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fantastic blower fan

I got this to replace a dead 20+ year old box fan I used to dry things up like basements, rugs etc. It has a very directional flow of air which can be sent to the floor to the ceiling and everywhere in between without being propped up or leaned against something else. The construction is top shelve. It weighs in at 13 pounds. It feels about twice as heavy as a tower fan and 3 times as heavy as a box fan, which is a good thing! You put it anywhere and it stays there unlike a box fan's tendency to fall over on high speed. It has a double 10 amp fused outlet on the side. The wire from the fan ( appox. 10 feet long) to the wall outlet plug is heavy duty like it should be for a fan to run plus an appliance like a refrigerator to run on the same wire. ( I don't recommend this for a prolonged time.) So you actually get a extension cord thrown in with the fan. The day after I got it I put it to use moving AC air from one part of my house to another for 10 hours straight on low setting. It didn't blink an eye! I would say it's low setting is twice as strong as the high setting from my tower fan. On settings 2 and 3 it just gets better! I would consider this a heavy duty directional fan with many uses around the house. It would be used when you need more fan than a tower or box fan but don't want to get a commercial fan for 200 dollars. Nice carrying handle... Built like it should last for years if not decades.

Yo estar satisfecho.

I use this little beast to cool myself when I cycle indoors - it's great especially when controlled by a smart outlet (so you can voice activate it). Great air flow - I like how you can direct it the airflow as well. Been using for several months now and very happy with it. Not the cheapest fan but good value.

This is a phenomenal fan. We have a upstairs bonus room that gets unbearably hot in summer, and the upstairs AC just can't keep it cool. Last year, we resorted to a window AC unit, but because there's a stairway in the room near where we had the AC window unit, a lot of the cold air went downstairs rather than staying in the bonus room. To counter this, we put a fan at the bottom of the stairs, to act as a wind barrier to keep cool air upstairs.Initially, I got this fan only to replace the fan at the foot of the stairs to keep our upstairs cool, but we've already had several hot days with temps well into the 80s, and the fan alone is cooling the bonus room without having to install the window AC. Cooler air from downstairs is pushed up the stairs, and through the bonus room with this fan placed on its lowest setting. I'm highly pleased with these results and may forego seasonal installation of the window A/C. The fan is relatively quiet compared to most small poratable fans on low setting, and probably as quiet, if not more so than most fans at higher speeds. No rattles or other odd sounds when in use. I can easily speak in a normal tone standing next to the fan and be heard by someone else, and I can hear other household ambient noise standing next to this fan on low speed.I suspect the bulk of our home's summer A/C bill comes from cooling the upstairs. Can't wait to see if there's a noticeable drop in our summer electric bill as we recycle more of the cool air our upstairs loses to the downstairs. This fan sells for about 20 bucks more than similar models sold in big box discount stores, and while those smaller fans are good, this one pumps a lot more air. I can't speak to longevity for this particular model, but I have one of the similar smaller fans purchased nine years ago that is still runs like new when used on a somewhat regular basis. Because of directed air flow, these fans are great for drying carpets after cleaning or minor household flooding situations. I bought my original smaller fan to help deal with wet carpets after a water heater failed in a home we had a the time.Because of their boxy shape, these this type fan is easily stored in the off season, or until needed as a utility air mover. I recommend keeping the original box of off season storage, it keeps off dust, and is easily stacked among other stored off-season goods. Thus far, I'm very pleased with this more powerful model, but that's not to knock the smaller versions for what they are.
