I'm not sure you can make something that blows this hard that isn't a pretty noisy -- so it isn't for everyone or every situation -- but if you need a gale somewhere near you, this is just the machine. Reasonable price too and skips the flakey, trivial features which make things unreliable. If you like loud trucks that get things done, it has that kind of power.

This fan is a total powerhouse and exactly what I needed for my garage! The smaller size moves an impressive amount of air, QUIETLY making it perfect for keeping the space cool while working on projects.I mounted mine in the garage, and it’s a game-changer for saving floor space while still getting excellent air circulation and keeping the bugs off of us in the summer. The build quality is solid.

I own 2 of these fans. One is 6 years old and one is 16 months old. I love these fans! Each fan is on for 18 hours a day and they are both as solid today as they were the day they were delivered. Here’s my only complaint. In February of 2022, I paid $49. I returned today to buy 2 more and the fan has more than doubled in price. The increase seems excessive. Since the covid fiasco, it seems companies are continuing to use it as an excuse to raise prices to astronomical heights. Needless to say, I’m not going to buy the 2 I wanted to buy, at their current price.

Es de un tamaño adecuado, y muy potente; hace un ruido medio, pero tolerable (incluso en un cuarto chico y cerrado).

Este es el segundo ventilador de este tipo que compro; el primero hace ya 3 años. Tanto el primero como este funcionan de maravilla, aunque permite ponerlo en la pared yo siempre los he puesto en el piso. Se arman muy fácil. Si quieres uno totalmente silencioso, no es este el que debes comprar, pero es muy bueno. Lo recomiendo 100%.

I bought this fan just before the big Heat wave on the west coast of Canada 2 weeks ago... this thing feels like it's ready to take off into the sky... it's a very very powerful fan, and a sound to match. It will blow you away... but during a heatwave, it won't necessarily keep you cool because it's just a fan, it's not an air conditioner, at best it will blow whatever air is around it at very high velocity... so during the heatwave, it just blows hot air at you quickly... you need to stick something cold around it to help out like a bucket of ice or something. This has 3 settings of speed... the lowest setting at 1, is most regular fans high setting... 2 is more, and 3 is like you wanna blow grandma's house door down with it. Ok maybe not that bad, but still quite powerful. The thing is loud as heck, even at its lowest setting, so if you live in.... say an apartment like I do, you best put this thing so it's not in direct contact with a wall or ground it will vibrate and make a lot of noise outside of its spinning motor.

I've had this fan for a couple months now and I'm very pleased with it. I didn't want to just get a cheap plastic fan (I've had plenty of those). So I spent a little more money and so far am happy I did. Hopefully this fan will last a few years, making it a solid investment. It is all metal, with metal blades.This fan does have the capacity to be mounted on the wall, but I have not done that so I can't review that aspect of the product.I just have my fan on the floor and that's good enough for me. I have a room in my home that was not getting cool enough this summer. The central A/C vent in that room blows out cool air, but it's just not enough to accommodate the size of the room. So I purchased this fan to see if it would help. I placed the fan on the opposite end of the room from where the A/C vent is, so that the fan is blowing toward the A/C vent. It works wonderfully. This is a powerful fan and has tremendous velocity at the lowest setting (it has low-med-high settings). I usually just run it on low and it keeps my room cool. There were a few days when it was hotter and more humid outside, and the room just wasn't getting cool enough for me, so I turned the fan up on high and that did the trick.Because this is a heavy-duty, high-velocity fan, I suppose it is a bit loud even on the lowest setting. But I'm one of those people who likes the sound of a fan so it's hard for me to comment on this aspect. It is noticeably louder if you increase the setting. I suppose some people might think that the high setting sounds a bit like a jet engine. But again, I'm just trying to be as objective as I can since the noise this fan produces doesn't bother me one bit, even on high. For me, the sound of this fan is very relaxing. In its defense, it is a very smooth sound. There is no annoying rattling or vibrating or anything like that - those type of noises DO bother me. This is just a nice, smooth fan sound that happens to be loud because it is pushing the air so forcefully. Some people might find this helpful if they want to block out outside noises, particularly if they work at night and have to try to sleep during the day. If you are one of those people, this is an excellent fan to serve your purpose. There are rubber feet on the bottom which help prevent vibration-type noise, and also helps keep the fan from sliding around - although it is so solid that it probably wouldn't slide anyway, except possibly on the highest setting. This fan is quite a bit heavier than a plastic fan, but I see that as a good thing. That's what I wanted - a solid, sturdy fan as opposed to a lightweight, flimsy plastic thing. You don't have to worry about accidentally tipping it over.I recommend this this product. It is MUCH more powerful than a cheap, plastic fan. Very solid, all-metal construction. High velocity pushes much more air and does a much better job of cooling a room.
