This glass rinsing unit is made from stainless steel & has a dark stainless color base. The 6 arm "petal" piece that sets in the base is a normal stainless color with black rubber on top of each petal shaped arm. The rubber has multiple ridges to protect the rim of the glasses & prevent slipping when you depress the glass to initiate rinsing. The base is 4-3/4" in diameter x 1" deep, with a 2-1/2" W drain shute that empties the water back into the sink. The center hole is 13/16" in diameter. The 6 arm petal piece is 4-3/8" in diameter with each petal shaped arm 3/4" at its widest point & 2 points on the end of each "petal." The center hole is 5/8" in diameter. The overall length of the center spindle is 3-1/2" L with the threaded pipe section 2-1/2" L x 3/4" in diameter that mounts under the sink. The petal piece rests on top of the 1/8" diameter lip 1" from the rounded top of the spindle. The rounded tip of the spindle has 10 holes rotating 360° forcibly spraying water inside the glass whenever the glass is depressed on the 6 arm petal. A 1-9/16" diameter metal washer & a slightly smaller silicone gasket with 2 slightly elevated rings on the bottom are included above the gold mounting nut to prevent leaks. A 30-1/2" L metal hose is included with a 1/2" nut attached at each end & black gaskets to eliminate leaks. There is a metal T included with 2 black rubber gaskets to insert in the existing water line in order to add this glass rinsing unit. This unit accommodates glasses with a maximum diameter of 4". Our sink has a slight lip on the back which prevents the base from setting level, therefore we had to add a rubber gasket between the sink & the base to eliminate water from leaking onto the counter. While somewhat problematic in installation, this actually provides the advantage of having the base slightly angled which assists in draining the water from the unit. This is a heavy duty unit that is very well made, functions well & should provide years of daily use. The water pressure thoroughly cleans glasses, although you may experience some splashing over the top edge of the base, the unit is easy to clean. Although this darker stainless color doesn't match regular stainless steel sinks, it is very attractive, stylish & doesn't detract from your decor. The durability & efficiency of this unit makes it a very cost effective addition to any kitchen or bar area.

This cup washer is a frustrating case of great quality but poor design. The materials feel solid and well-made, but it’s missing one crucial component that makes installation impossible for me—and even if it were installable, it would likely create issues down the line. The problem is the lack of a riser or spacer between the sink and the unit. Without it, I can’t install this on my specific sink due to two interfering seams: the front seam is too close to the drilling hole, and the back lip pushes the unit too far forward. A simple half-inch or three-quarter-inch spacer would have solved this issue by elevating the base just enough to clear obstructions.Even for those with a more accommodating sink, mounting this flush against the sink hole is bound to trap moisture underneath, eventually leading to rust, mildew, and possibly mold. That’s a major oversight. I’m determined to make this work, but my solution involves 3D printing a custom spacer—an unnecessary hassle for a product at this price point. Since I don’t own a 3D printer, it’ll take time and effort to get it done.The included water line is 32 inches long, the silicone pads are removable and it comes with joint tape, a splitting adaptor and some spare gaskets. At the time of review, it’s priced at $46. I can’t recommend it in its current state, unless you’re prepared to modify or work around its flaws.

This rinser is very simple to install and comes with everything needed to begin using after installation. It works perfect with my sink and is very easy to use. It is a good size and fits on my sink perfectly. The rinser is does not leak And is great quality.

I was really excited to add this glass rinser to my kitchen setup—it feels sturdy, is made of quality stainless steel, and the installation instructions are clear and simple. The rotating spout and soft silicone tray seem thoughtfully designed for cleaning a variety of cups and glasses.Unfortunately, despite measuring carefully, the placement of the drain spout doesn’t work with my sink. The hole is just over 2 inches from the sink edge, but the rinser’s drain sits about 0.25 cm short, causing water to spill onto the countertop instead of draining properly. Because of this, I can’t actually use it.If your sink setup can accommodate it, I think this would be a great addition—but be sure to double-check the alignment and overhang before committing. Disappointed I can't use it, but hoping to find another setup where it might work in the future.
