This Le Creuset sauté pan is hands down one of the best pieces of cookware I own. The quality is outstanding—it's heavy-duty, heats evenly, and handles everything from searing to simmering with ease. I love how versatile it is; whether I'm cooking vegetables, meats, or making pan sauces, it delivers flawless results every time.The pan is also incredibly easy to clean, and the enameled surface means no seasoning or special care is needed. It’s held up beautifully with regular use, and I haven’t had a single issue. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it.A solid 5-star product that’s well worth the investment.

Sólo usa herramientas de silicona, cualquier otro material rayará la superficiePros: fácil de limpiar, cuece uniformemente, realmente antiadherente, se puede usar en el horno.Contras: Es un poco pesado y la perilla de la tapa se calienta, hay que usar guantes. Lo único decepcionante es que Amazon baje el precio justo después de la compra.

I had been lusting over this pan for a while before actually buying it...and now, having cooked with it several times, I am thrilled to report the pan is everything I had hoped for! Easy to clean, just the right size, sturdy and versatile...this cookware dream embodies all those qualities! I own and use several Le Creuset kitchen items and have not been let down yet. Highly recommended!

Gods gift to cooking. It is a heavy pan, so if you’re not okay with that, this isn’t the one for you, but it does have that additional handle in the front for lifting too and that’s a definite help. Okay it’s well built. Super non-stick, easy to clean. Heats evenly. Beautiful. Main handle doesn’t get too hot
