Me gustó la lap, pero lamentablemente no funcionó el sistema operativo, es una pena, porque si me gustó.

So I did have issues with the first laptop I got. However Adam from Computer Deals took great care of me. They sent a replacement device and even sent me a new cmos battery. Great job! The new device is great and is a super deal for the price.

The delivery came very quickly. Originally, the laptop sent didn't work properly, but the seller was super responsive and sent a replacement very quickly. The replacement has been working great so far.

La laptop llegó muy rápido, en perfectas condiciones y muy bien cuidada. La batería con uso moderado le dura más de 5 horas. Llegó con todas las características anunciadas, el modelo del procesador es el indicado, todo funciona de maravilla, no tiene un solo desperfecto estético, parece nueva

La laptop vale el precio, pero no se compara con una nueva. Vino el lápiz roto, los tornillos barridos, las visagras flojas y todas las teclas sucias como con lodo, pero esta funcionando adecuadamente y tiene las características prometidas. Desconozco el estado de los componentes internos.

Esteticamente el producto se ve en buenas condiciones. La pantalla no presenta defectos visibles importantes. El teclado, el touch y el lapiz funcionan perfectamente.En condiciones de uso en oficina la bateria me dura unas 3 horas. En general me parecio bien la compra, aunque como necesito mayor duración de la bateria le va aumentar el costo porque voy a comprarle una bateri nueva. Y todo estaría bien, si no hubiera visto despues un equipo no tan premium, pero nuevo y un 30% mas caro. Fuera de eso, el equipo me funciona bien.

Excelente relación calidad -precio. La laptop se ve casi como nueva. Llegó en un tiempo menor al indicado. La utilizo para cuando salgo de viaje de trabajo.

So, this laptop is a mess. Hardware-wise, it's great. It's a Lenovo business laptop and it's got decent power. Not great, but it's a few years hold, so it was to be expected. What is absolutely infuriating me is the fact that the drivers/devices are COMPLETLEY screwed up. The trackpad is listed as a "mouse" in device manager, meaning that any multiple finger swipes (including two finger to scroll) is just impossible. The monitor is stuck at 100% brightness because that driver is also screwed up. I've tried restarting it, completely wiping the machine, and I can't. It will literally not let me restart the computer. I would return it, but I need the computer. I need a software fix ASAP and I can't even contact the seller directly. Not looking good so far. If I can somehow fix this within a week? I'll be fine. If I don't hear anything from the seller AND/OR can't fix this, it will instantly be returned.

The specs are great - 16GB Ram and the SSD are excellent with a good Intel i5 processor all in a Lenovo 2-1 with stylus - what a perfect item to take on the go! Took this on a long trip and easily remoted into work with this and it starts quickly thanks to the SSD - also has Win10 but immediately offered me to upgrade to Win11 during setup! I paired this with a bluetooth mouse and a separate 14-inch portable monitor (from Amazon, under $100) and it works perfectly. The one minor drawback that I would change if I could is that it requires a special sized charging plug rather than USB-C, but it has a fully featured USB-C that let me easily connect to the extra monitor. I bought a second charger on Amazon for about 20 bucks just because it's a unique one that is needed so I can keep one at home and take the other one with me - good to have a spare. I'm buying another one as a Christmas gift, it's so good!
