It doesn't turn on. I'm so disappointed because of all the neon signs I have, I've been the most excited to get this one setup as the centerpiece for my content creation streaming! :( The old school Super Nintendo controller looks sooo cool! ...or at least has the potential to.The manufacturer didn't include the specs sheet paper detailing the required voltages. Every other USB powered neon sign I have at least includes this. Undeterred, I tried all forms of USB power sources and nothing worked. I even tried a variable voltage bench power generator.The unsleaved wires at the back of the sign worried me immediately as i pulled the sign out of the box. It's not a very professional finish interms of the wiring going into the sign. This has left the wires vulnerable to chaffing and fatigue.I definitely cannot recommend this until the manufacturer improves quality control, fixes the wiring, and includes a specs sheet like other reliable sign manufacturers so consumers can be sure they are properly USB powering the sign.

My middle daughter has been making changes to her room, with a "gamers" theme. When I saw this neon sign I loved the presentation and knew that she would love to have this. I ordered this and now that I have this home and in her hands before installing- I can attest to the quality of this neon sign. The colors are as vibrant as they appear online. The design is very well thought- the color combinations work beautifully together.This neon sign is made from Acrylic and is durable. In terms of placement - you will want to wall mount this for best results. Additionally, the sign has a button that allows you to adjust the brightness from 10-100%. USB and they have pre-drilled for you to hang quite easily. Therefore, based on a great experience and how pleased my daughter is with this sign - I would recommend this to other consumers.
