Das Paket kommt mit gut und sauber verpackten Komponenten. Der Einbau scheiterte bei mir zunächst am unterschiedlichen Winkel zwischen dem mitgelieferten, äußerst stabilen Motorträger und Hinterradaufhängung des Fahrrades. Eine Anpassung dürfte nur für Leute möglich sein, die keine zwei linken Hände und eine umfangreichere Werkzeugausstattung haben. Nach der erforderlichen Anpassung und Einbau des schwarzen Trägers ist der Rest ein Klacks. Die zunächst wenig vertrauenerweckende Zahnradbefestigung durch die Speichen entpuppt sich als flexible, narrensichere Einbaumöglichkeit, mit Geduld ist ein absolut zentrischer Einbau möglich, der keine Festigkeitsprobleme erwarten läßt. Beim mechanischen Anpassen des Antriebs muß darauf geachtet werden, daß die beiden Kettenräder zueinander fluchten. Die Verkabelung läßt keine Fragen offen, alles paßt und funktioniert. In eingebautem Zustand fällt der Antrieb durch erfreuliche Laufruhe auf. Auf der Geraden ohne Treten mit vollem Akku werden ohne Wind 35km/h erreicht. Nach nunmehr täglichem Einsatz innerhalb von drei Wochen kann ich ein positives Fazit ziehen: Abgesehen von den Problemen beim Einbau des Motorhalters habe ich den Kauf nicht bereut, irgendwelche Schäden sind nicht aufgetreten. Im Betrieb wird der Motor knapp handwarm, der Controller erwärmt sich kaum spürbar nur sehr leicht. Warum der Hersteller nicht längst auf einen Motorhalter gewechselt ist, bei dem der Winkel des Haltebleches durch ein stabiles Drehgelenk einstellbar ist, bleibt sein Geheimnis. Auf diese Weise würden die bei beinahe jedem auftretenden Einbauprobleme eliminiert und der fünfte Stern absolut sicher.

Pesa un poco y puede molestarte al pedalear porque esta la posibilidad de que tú talón choque con el motor.

This is a good kit for getting started with e-bikes, but you will need some DIY experience and suitable tools. I had to fit the motor in the vertical position as the heels of my shoes kept hitting the motor in the horizontal position when pedalling, so the motor bracket lugs needed bending slightly to align correctly with my bike frame. This is quite important because if the motor sprocket is too far out of alignment with the rear wheel sprocket, then the chain will ride up onto the sprocket teeth and snap.Fitting the rear wheel sprocket was complicated by the fact that the 9 bolts are made of soft metal, and the nuts have sharp metal tangs which chew up the threads if you need to undo the bolts again when centralizing the sprocket. Best to replace these with hardened bolts and nylon locking nuts. The supplied sprocket had 32 teeth, but I sourced a 36T sprocket as I wanted more torque for hill climbing-the supplied chain was just long enough to allow this.The rest of the kit was straightforward to fit and I lubricated the chain & sprockets with moly grease before testing with a freshly-charged 36v 12Ah Li-Ion battery pack. The motor is strong and initial acceleration is good-although the motor does whine a bit due to the straight-cut gears in the gearbox.The first long trip on the road was successful. Riding along the promenade by the sea into a headwind did not strain the motor, and the bike topped out at around 18mph with the 36T rear sprocket. It should reach around 20mph with the standard 32T sprocket supplied with the kit-but I wanted stronger acceleration for hills at the expense of a bit of speed on the level.A real test came when climbing a short but steep hill-around a 33% gradient. The combined weight of me, the bike & motor/battery plus some heavy shopping was around 150kg. With such a heavy load and a steep gradient, the speed dropped rapidly to around 5mph & I needed to use the pedals as well. The motor was fine and only slightly warm-it was the battery pack voltage falling under the very heavy load as the green LED on the thumb throttle extinguished-a bigger pack should cure the problem.Overall, this is a good kit for the money and a good start to e-bikes.
