I bought these pencils along with a sketchbook as a gift for my 12yr old daughter. She had just made principles honor roll and I wanted to surprise her with something nice, that also stimulates her creativity. My daughter LOVES a great accessory and I thought the roll-up case would be perfect for on the go drawing. She uses the pencils every day, the case rolls up nicely for neat storage and the pencils are great quality.

This set is beyond what was expected. The pencil case, the drawing tools are very good quality. I have used tgem daily since the case was delivered. The set is perfect for beginners or intermediate artists. It is easy to roll up & carry with you as you travel; it fits inside my backpack easily with all the other items. Each drawing component that comes with the case is excellent. Review the seller’s descriptions and see if it will win you over. The price was very competitive and well worth it. I not only recommend it; but will purchase it again as gifts. The seller did everything as expected.

This kit is great for my son to take to school or use at home. I think there are duplicate pencils, I only had a few minutes to go through it as we were leaving the next morning and I had to wrap it quickly. I recommend taking out the pencil sharpener if this is going to school. Its a literal utility knife (for those who don't know, its a razor on one side, I'm sure the school would frown on that). As far as I know, the pencils work great. The erasers are cool. I don't know what the pencil lengthening tool is supposed to do. None of the pencils that I could find, in the kit or around my house, fit into the hole. I even took a pair of pliers to it and then the ring becomes useless and the pencils still don't fit. Maybe someone could describe it to me. The paper "erasers" don't erase. I tested them on some scrap paper. So all three charcoal pencils look the same size and hardness. There are 4 4b, 2 2b, 2 2b, and the rest seem one of a kind. I don't know about the strap. When you roll the kit up there are a few inches of extra strap.
