Botón de timbre de puerta

I am only running these on 5 volts so the brightness is on the lower side, but not their fault. When run on higher voltage they are much better. But in my application they can easily be seen, so not an issue. The wiring colors are a little strange, but the switch is clearly marked so you can see what terminal does what. Don't just assume that one of the red wires is for the positive connection for the LED and a black wire is for the ground connection, you would be WRONG just like me! I figured it out by looking at the markings on the switch, my fault. They work nice and look great.

I don't understand why people are complaining about the size being too small. The size is as stated by the seller. Yeah they are nice and small. If you don't want nice and small, order bigger ones! For my needs, the size is perfect!I ordered and received 5 latching switches. All of them functioned properly. I tested each switch with an ohm meter to make sure they all worked correctly. I exercised each one probably 50 times to make sure the latching feature worked without jamming up or sticking, and they all seemed to work just fine. I did not test the LED feature because I won't be hooking that up. The pins on all of mine were labeled correctly, (+ and - for the LED, and the other two for the switch). The pins on the back are very small and could be challenging to solder to, but I don't expect it to be a problem for someone with the right equipment who knows what they're doing.My only concern is if these little guys will actually handle 5 amps of current. Other manufacturers rate their 12mm switches at 2 amps. I need to be able to switch 4 amps @12v DC. I will need to do some load testing on these before I am confident they are up to the task.All in all though, I think these are some nice little switches. The look well made, have a nice feel, the housings are metal not plastic. Mine all seemed to work perfectly, So don't be put off by some of the negative reviews.
