Dewalt Battery 5Ah fits well. It works good for breakaway on Car and 6 Lug Pickup. It has the safely stop to prevent fast spinning upon breakaway preventing lug from flying out. I'd rather be in total control, but the logic is built in. 3 strengths to select when tightening. The lowest or weakest setting works well going back on so you can use a torque wrench to finish if wanted. The other two settings are stronger torque. Used for rotating tires on 2 cars. No Problem. Battery still strong afterwards.

Update:I was skeptical when reading the reviews. I don't doubt those people may have had issues with theirs but aside from the product being shipped dirty, this thing works better than the DeWalt counterpart, on the same batteries as my broken DeWalt impact. After 4 days and 32 hrs of use and abuse, I'm confident that this one is okay. It does have one setting on reverse that will make you think the impact is broken, I found that out this week but was quickly solved by pressing every button until it started working properly again, to which it did. It was the swirly button that got it to work again aha.Original:Product came used and dirty. Not something I expect when I buy new but something I sort of expect from a product this cheap. Can't test the impact gun until I get to work on Tuesday but I will be reporting back on functionality. Will update review once I have a chance to actually use it. I can get past the dirt and wear marks/scratches if it actually does what it's supposed to

The item finally arrived after being delayed for so long and after use I can officially say in glad i waited..it's an amazing product does the job with ease off one battery I bought two to be safe but only used one so far...this item works with dewalt batteries so that's a plus considering I own them already...so highly recommend this item

Good product at a reasonable price. Needed it to take off an anode rod on a hot water heater. Worked well and my Dewalt 20V Max batteries fit perfectly. Seems to be well built and it is heavy. It doesn't have the little ball that hold the socket in but socket fit snuggly and did not slip off. Highly recommended.
