These lights are really cool they're easy to install as long as you very carefully follow the instructions.Pro tip! don't stick them up onto the wall until you have plugged it in and verified that all the hex lights are working and it links to the app.- it very clearly says make sure the arrows point to the hex you plug the power cord into (any hex can be the main), it doesn't tell you that if you do it backwards you can still get power but it won't link to the app.2-one end of the power cable is for the hex the other end is for the power bar (they are labeled in tiny print which is helpful for those who don't skim the instructions).3- if some of the lights don't light up you need to check the power connectors linked tight enough.4- it runs on 2.4 GHz wifi (my wifi is adjustable)That being said even though I have it linked to the app I cant get the app to control it. Only manual right now.

I bought this because it says it “works with Alexa.”I got it connected with the manufacturer’s app. And can control it with that. Added the skill to Alexa. But Alexa does NOT find the device. Disappointed.

We bought this for our 14 year old daughter - she loves lights - this was so easy to put together and click onto the wall! She loves it. Great gift idea for a teenage girl!

Product was easy to set up and worked right out of the box. Purchased it for my daughter. Have not yet paired it with Alexa but have got it to work. It is exactly what she wanted for her gaming environment.
