Perfect for bar style pizza in a domestic oven. The instructions say they are pre-seasoned but my experience is that they perform a lot better after a high temp oil and bake. Expensive but worth it.

Probably the best quality pizza pans available. And if you are a Canadian Amazon Is the best place to order them. They hold up well bake after bake and go on sale often so watch for price drops. Keep an eye on the sizes. I prefer the 10” or 12” pans.

Very happy with this pan. I can make my pizza in it, form the dough to the perfect shape and no longer have to stress when putting it in the oven. Getting it off the peel would be an issue for me, sometimes the pizza would stick or toppings would fall off as I'd try to slide it off the peel. I no longer have to worry about any of that and I don't need to clean my pizza oven after I'm done.Update - I purchased the 16 inch version to use on my ceramic bbq. Same quality and I'm happy with the results.

As usual these pans do what they say. I have multiple pans and disc's and they all work great. If your looking for pizza accessories to bake in these are the ones you want to buy!!!

Excelente molde, no se pega la comida, se enfría relativamente rápidoM y muy buen precio. Muy recomendada :D
