Plastic kick stand broke after 2 months!The magnet is great, the strap is great, but the kick stand element is weak (doesn't work at all in landscape mode), and broke super fast AGAIN...this was my 2nd time ordering this product thinking the first time it was just user error. Spoiler alert: it wasn't user error. I don't recommend this product.

This phone grip/stand looks great, doesn't add a lot of weight to your phone, and seems quite sturdy (time will tell). It's comfortable to use. The magnet sticks well to my magnetic holder on my dash. I also really like that it allows me to stand my phone up in portrait mode securely.After applying it to my case I realized I would like to position it slightly differently so I contacted lovehandle asking if I could get an extra adhesive pad. They replied immediately and said they don't sell them separately but they would send me one. They actually sent me three replacement pads and also replaced the grip! I'm very pleased!

This is the second one I’ve bought. It’s pricey!! That’s why I gave it 4 stars. Surely this stretchy fabric, plastic and magnets didn’t cost the company half of what they are charging for the item. BUT… I did buy it. You pay for what you know is good, right?

This is my first time using the PRO Lovehandle. I had used the slimmer, original versions for years on all my phones and loved them so, so much! I was a loyal customer to this brand so I was sure I would love this one as well.And I did... for as long as it lasted: 1 week.It has a nice and wide elastic which made holding my phone (Galaxy Z Fold) super easy and comfortable. It gripped my fingers quite nicely and it looked amazing.It took me a minute to figure out how to pull out the kick stand for when I wanted to stand the phone up. It needed a slightly stronger pull than I was expecting, but it worked perfectly well and stowed back without any issues.I had read other reviews about the strap coming off, but I am very careful with my phone so I was certain that wouldn't be a problem for me.However, after a week, the strap came undone at the seams.I had purchased a new case that matched this Lovehandle to perfection, and now I have no idea how to remove it. I may have lost my new case and my Lovehandle at the same time.The adhesive has never been a problem, it is strong and it will hold in place!Now, much to my detriment since I have no idea how to salvage the new case while removing this annoying, useless strap hanging off of it.Maybe I got a faulty one, or maybe my luck ran out.I love your products, Lovehandle, but this one simply did not last :(
