This product eliminated the steering wheel play 100%. This product is just like the Borgeson unit that’s almost $200. You will want to follow the directions for the Borgeson as this product does not come with instructions. It’s pretty easy to install. Most difficult task is putting it in place. Keep in mind you will have to grind a notch in gear box splines for the set screw on the steering shaft to be absolutely secure. Again, follow instructions for the Borgeson product.Also, one thing I did extra that I highly recommend. Please take the time to USE THREAD LOCK ON ALL THE SET SCREWS. Once you have the shaft in place, take the set screws out one by one and add some thread lock to them and the locking nuts, you want have anything to worry about after that.

This steering shaft does not come with instructions. It’s not super hard to find them online but it’s very annoying to not have them included. The steering shaft feels solid, fit well and performs as expected.

I needed to replace the shaft on an old ramcharger of mine and had been putting off doing so for way too long.The value of the part to get a newer shaft in there was very reasonable to me so I decided to jump on the chance to finally knock it out.Installation requires some knowledge and a willingness to get in there and unbolt everything; but after that, installing the new one was a breeze.The fit was perfect with all holes lining up to my previous setup.Very nice quality overall with no noticeable problems or incomplete machining/assembly.The ramcharger in question is only a seasonal toy but so far with a few hundred miles added since installation, I have had zero issues at all.
