The led’s are clean and clear and when even pulsing the output every .5 second doesn’t diminish the brightness one bit.

My CNC machines all have normal tower status lights, but the location of my desk causes me to not see a few of them. I got these lights to mount on the rear of my machines. I was very impressed by the simplicity, design, and function of them. The bulkhead-type mount works perfectly for the sheet metal enclosures. I was lucky enough that the colors perfectly match the existing lights. All of mine just needed spliced into the existing wiring for the stock lights (I had a Red, Green, Amber, and COM wire on all the machines). One machine never had a buzzer, so I wired the buzzer wire to the amber light wire. Now all my machines have buzzers and I can see the status lights from my desk. Very professional-looking solution for a great price.

I'm very happy with these. Instead of the stacked red, yellow, green and Decatur lights that are a foot to foot half tall. This wonderful little unit is only a few inches a complete with its base that houses the beeper in it. I do really like that. The beeper is a separate circuit and it can be wired into any color light or not at all. The beeper is plenty loud and if you don't want it quite as loud, simple piece of electrical tape over the opening for it quits it down which is what I did. The lights themselves will be more than sufficient. The beeper is just on there so that it's harder to ignore for me by. Didn't want it to be obnoxious loud. Were people on other floors are going to be hearing it? You can combine colors to kind of make a custom color. The yellow and green give you a lime color. The red and yellow bit more orangish the yellow or another green and red is very dark orange. It is possible to have the green just on when the power's on and then turn the red on and off. All kinds of options are very happy with it. It's a stylish unit as well and they're quite bright. I'm using them on a sump pump alarm along with a float that I got from Amazon. The floats I'm using have a normally open and a normal clothes circuit so I have wired the green to the normally closed that way. If the light is green it tells me that not only is the power to the system on and everything's okay. It tells me that that float is operating and is in the down position so the float can't be in the up position and just not sending a signal. It wouldn't be sending a green signal if that was the case so I'm just very happy with these all over. Like I said I like the colors. I like the versatility. I do wish that it had the option to make it the colors blink this one does not have that option. I would prefer to have a blinking red but the bread itself is good enough
