Looks great but get ready to buy a new one in 3 months or so , doesnt last long especially if your in the kitchen everyday. It's definitely slip grip , I like the style , must wear a insole for the feet tho not that comfortable after awhile .

Possibly the worst work shoes I have ever purchased. Originally bought them when they were carried by Walmart and were cheap. These start to break down within the first month of working. I stopped buying my previous brand when they reached the $50 price point. They used to last about 6 months like clock work. I have never had a pair of these stay comfortable for more than 2 months. This is my third pair. I will be switching back to the previous brand. Worth the now $5 difference...

I bought these work shoes a week ago and they are already garbage. Very cheap quality. I highly do not recommend.
