As a physical therapist, I purchased this exercise card set for my clinic. The cards are high-quality with QR codes for every video to watch how the exercises should be performed. There are tips and progressions for each exercise that allow the exercises to be more or less challenging as needed. Many of my patients have enjoyed using these cards and the cards have allowed them to feel more confident with performing exercises at home outside of the clinic. I will definitely continue to recommend these cards to all my patients!

These cards are professionally made with easy-to-follow pictures and instructions. A ring clip comes in the package so I can take them with me to the gym! I like how these cards are separated into different parts of the body so I can easily find the right exercise to do. Overall, this is an amazing product for those looking for quick and effective exercises.

I've gone through so many different types of exercise cards and these are definitely the best!First, there's 100 cards, while all the other decks I had only had 50 or so. That's double the value for the same price!Second, all the cards are so thoughtful and well organized. Each card has an easy to follow "how-to" with a nice explanation on the back that shows you what you're working. Plus, the icing on the cake is the fact that each card has a QR code that takes you to a professionally crafted how to video. The videos are all 1 minute, which is perfect--no over-explaining, straight facts!Lastly, the addition of a couple intro cards at the front is a nice touch that helps you pick a good workout flow.Overall, 10/10--best cards I could ask for. Hoping to see another deck in the future, because I would definitely get another one!

I love, love, love these cards! If you're looking for a way to get into exercise, then do yourself a favor and buy these cards!During my research, I found that these cards are well priced compared to the competition and have 100 different exercises to do. Most of the other cards have 50, so this is a steal!I love how each exercise is easy to follow and accompanied by a short video in a beautiful landscape. It makes doing the exercises super easy, and allows me to do the exercises correctly.The ring is a nice touch to keep all the cards together and the cards themselves feel durable as well.Love the cards and will definitely be gifting a few to my friends and family members looking for an easy way to get into exercising!

Hands down the BEST workout cards in the game! Dr. Kovalchick thought of everything and clearly took so much time, care, and effort to make this deck. The cards are easy to follow with clear directions, and I love the QR code that takes you to the video example. You can do these workouts at home, outdoors, with friends, at the gym... the possibilities are endless! I also love how each card highlights the muscles. This makes it really easy to target certain areas of the body for strength or any type of PT.These would make a great gift for someone who is looking to get into working out or needs some guidance on proper technique. I am definitely going to be purchasing these for friends and family!On top of the content being incredible, the cards are sweat-proof and large enough to easily read, and very thick/great quality.Can't say enough good things about these cards and this brand!! 11/10!!
