This dehydrator works great. We have dehydrated so much produce from our garden. It is easy to operate, easy to clean and the perfect size for my kitchen. The instructions cover all the vegetables I would want to dehydrate, even more! It is easy to set the time and temperature.

I like this dehydrator really good design. I like that it is racks instead of cylinders. I like the idea you can hang meat in it for making jerky without being on the racks themselves. It's not horribly good very very quiet pretty easy to operate and does a good job of dehydrating I don't dehydrate a ton. I wanna get more into it, but this is a really nice machine. General meals has been around for a long time. I wish there was an on and off button. That's my only complaint. It's always on when it's plugged in.

Me encantó mi deshidratador, lo uso para galletas y le encanta que puedo deshidratar casi 100 piezas por todos los niveles que trae, en comparación con otros que he tenido siento que deshidrata más rápido..... muy fácil de usar .... lo único es que las rejillas de calientan mucho pueden llegar a quemarte ligeramente dependiendo la temperatura así que hay que usar protección.

una buena deshidratadora casera, despues de poco mas de un año de uso se descompuso la tarjeta y no hay refaccion.

I spent good money on this dehydrator and at first I loved it… but then it overheated and burnt out the fuse. That was only after using it for 6 months. I purchased it in Dec 2021, started using it in June 2022 and it died after 6 months. They sent us a new fuse in Feb 2023, it worked fine after a few uses and then overheated, burnt the produce and died again. This is unacceptable for the price of this equipment and this time customer service has not been great. Do not recommend at this point unless they remedy the problem.

Came wth items as described. Everything needed to dehydrate. Very quiet. I like that it has 11 trays and it goes up to 165 degrees which is excellent to make jerky safely. Does the job.

This is a great dehydrator. I use it a lot and I like it a lot. It looks great. It’s easy to clean. The controls are easy and fast to operate. The temperatures are accurate. It’s very quiet. I highly recommend this dehydrator.It’s almost perfect. Whoever designed this didn’t R&D this and didn’t think it thru. The fan in the back of the unit does a great job of moving the air, but the air is blown unevenly over the trays because of the fan hub in the middle of the unit. In front of the hub there is little to no air movement so the food items on the center racks do not dehydrate evenly. On the center rack, the center third is still moist when the left and right thirds are finished dehydrating. The dehydration margins are gradient, so it is difficult to separate the dehydrated foods from the hydrated foods on the center rack. See my picture for an illustration of the fan hub in the back of the rack and a top view of the center rack and how the foods are unevenly dehydrated.There is a very simple and inexpensive fix to the design miss. Place a spiral louvre plate over the fan opening. That will swirl the air around the box instead of linear uneven air movement. I may make my own plate, but in the meantime I just use 8 racks instead of 11 and leave the center racks out. I’m happy with doing that to make it work but I shouldn’t have to when there is such an easy design fix.I still gave this five stars because I like it and continue to use it so much. If you need a good quiet dehydrator, buy it. You will be happy too.Update: The racks are about 1/4” off of square. It’s difficult to know how to orient the racks it load them. Hit and miss. Frustrating. Square racks would have been much smarter.
